Falling birthrates\, changes in enrollment by grade levels\, worker/teacher shortages\, and head turnover are some of the challenges that our industry faces. In addition\, the first half of 2022 characterized by economic signs of strengths mixed with recessionary concerns also brought uncertainty to the current school year. The presence of high inflation can affect family educational choices and schools’ ability to attract and retain staff.
