In response to member interest in discussing how boards are organizing themselves with regard to board and committee structure, governance expert, Cathy Trower, will facilitate a conversation among members highlighting important considerations to take into account on this topic. Two ISCA board chairs, Stacie Lissette of Mercersburg Academy and Derek Jokelson of The Philadelphia School, will also share how their recently transformed board and committee structures are working for them.
