Board Chairs often have questions about how to best use the Executive Committee of the Board. As we begin a new school year, we invite you to join a panel discussion with experienced board chairs on how to best utilize this committee to advance the work of the board, cultivate leadership, and minimize the risk of creating a board within a board. The size and membership composition of the committee, meeting frequency, and communicating the work of this committee to the full board will also be discussed.
