At the request of one of our ISCA members, this Chair Chat is being organized to engage in conversation around how schools are handling microagression towards BIPOC faculty/staff especially from parents. What has been the experience at your school? How can Boards work with Administration in creating a safe and inclusive work environment – from offering opportunities for education and training to setting policy. This conversation will be expertly facilitated by Dr. Pascal Losambe who will help Chairs understand the sigiificance of microaggressions in school communities and how Boards can play a role in mitigating these behaviors.
