In this session participants will learn a proven method to deepen the effectiveness and clarity of the Board-Head relationship. Drawing on best practices in organizational behavior, this session willdemonstrate how to build a clear supportive communication structure that manages the Head/Chair workflow, incorporating strong tactical execution and priority setting. This system, developed by Simon Holzafpfel and Todd Covert, allows for the Chair and HOS to be on the same page as they develop and deliver strategy across the organization and establishes transparency and accountability for both the HOS and the Board Chair.
