After more than 15 years of committed work and progress on DEI issues, The Gordon School’s current Head of School and Board Chair will discuss lessons learned in navigating these complex and nuanced conversations and offer suggestions for Board Chairs who are facilitating these discussions. They will review the progress they have made, the pivotal decisions the Board made, and what their conversations are like now in their Board room.
