The Head of School Database (HSDB) launched in the fall of 2021 to help independent school leaders, including board members, better understand the trends related to head of school placement, service, and tenure. The HSDB also provides resources and insights into a process that many schools only go through every 5-7 years, those related to head of school transitions. Come join this interactive conversation to learn more about how the Board of Trustees can use the site, the resources, and the trends we are starting to see as more school leaders continue to share information and provide us all with a fuller picture of the changes we are seeing in independent school leadership.
